• Child ticket: Age 0-12
• Senior ticket: Age 60 and above (For seniors aged 60+, you can purchase the child ticket as your entry ticket)
• Free entry for children below 90cm in height and age 3 years old and below (must meet both requirements)
• Children below the age of 12 must be supervised at all times
• No personal surfboards, body boards or tubes allowed
• No refunds will be given due to rides closure or inclement weather
• For your safety, please do not bring any sharp and dangerous materials/objects
• Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings
• In the event of inclement weather, for guests' safety, the management may close certain rides or amend certain activities/shows
• Sunway Lagoon only accepts a maximum of 10 guests per booking made under the same name. Groups with more than 10 guests under the same reservation will be rejected.
• iKAD/iKID holders and MyPR holders should choose the non-Malaysian option, as they're subject to international rates. Purchasing the Malaysian citizen ticket will result in a penalty charge onsite, or redemption may be rejected by the park.
