The difference is that guests do not enter the priority fast track lane at immigration, our greeters will direct them to the queue line with the fewest people (usually only 3-4 people) and the queue time is only around 10-15 minutes.
We will meet guests at Aviobridge, assist with VOA, collect luggage, assist in making an Electronic Customs Declaration and take you to the car / meet the driver / guide at the front.
**Customers using the Fast Track/Meet and Greet service must pre-purchase an Electronic Visa on Arrival (eVOA), which can be purchased 14 days prior to entry.
Currently, the process for purchasing a visa on arrival at Bali Airport is difficult and the waiting line is long, so if you do not purchase an electronic visa on arrival, it may take a long time to get to the immigration counter.
