• Morning program pickup around 06.00am – 08.00am for the program tour 4WD jeep – Hot spring – Lunch

• Afternoon program pickup 09.00am – 11.00am for the program Lunch – 4WD jeep – Hot spring.

Cancel Info

• The Cancellations which is coming from Befree Tour is a full refund.
• Cancellations made minimum 14 days before the activity date is a full refund.
• Cancellations made 13 days - 8 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 10% of the total reservation.
• Cancellations made 7-4 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 50% of the total reservation.
• Cancellations made in less than 4 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 100%.
• All cancellation process will be done via email cs@befreetour.com. If you make cancellation by telephone or via text message, the cancellation is considered invalid. Please write the booking code to speed up the process.
