• In case of bad weather, KL Tower permits rescheduling within seven days from the original visit date for all its attractions. Please approach the staff at the ticketing counters for a revisitation slip; otherwise, your rescheduling request cannot be honoured, and no refunds will be provided.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- The TH04 indoor observation deck is currently closed for maintenance until further notice.
- Sky Box 2 (facing Merdeka 118) and Tower Walk 100 will be temporarily closed for maintenance from 15 March 2025 until further notice. During this period, the Observation Deck, Sky Deck, and Sky Box 1 (facing Petronas Twin Towers) will remain fully operational.
